ICANN : Le feuilleton continue... devant les tribunaux
GroupOne, une société américaine qui s'est vu refuser le ".one", a décidé de contre-attaquer devant la justice. Son avocat dénonce l'absence de recours contre les décisions de l'Icann, qui est pourtant un droit constitutionnellement garanti. De plus, elle accuse un des vice-présidents, Louis Touton, d'avoir sciemment induit ses collègues en erreur. Si on considère que l'OMS compte lui aussi attaquer la décision de l'Icann, l'arrivée des nouveaux suffixes prévue au premier semestre 2001 pourrait bien être retardée. (Internet Actu)

Wireless Web portal Yada Yada today launched its "Bathroom finder", which helps users locate their nearest loo and tell them if it's fit to visit. The service is available in 12 US cities, including New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Los Angeles and Washington. And the company is in cahoots with fellow wireless portal Rovenet and toilet evaluators besttoilets.com to offer the directory through PDAs - or in its words: "Find the key to every public bathroom is in the palm of your hand!"
