"Potter" is still the Muggles' domain
After Warner Bros., legal department followed standard operating procedure and sent threatening letters to site owners who registered Web domain names that included trademarked words from the Potter universe, they terrified the children and teens who received them and who had set up the fan websites. Word of the letters conjured up a band of supporters who called themselves Defense Against the Dark Arts and they organized a worldwide boycott of Potter merchandise. On their site, they ask for an apology and for the return of the confiscated domain names. USA Today
