A website is being created in Holland for mentally handicapped people who cannot read or write. As well as the newspaper without words, the site will also provide users with the possibility of sending e-mails with addresses replaced by a photograph of their owners. Michiel van den Eijnden, of the Groninger Foundation Ookjij.nl, which is behind the site scheduled to go like this is very urgent. A lot of handicapped people are living totally isolated with very few social contacts." (Ananova)
