DVD cartoon spreads virus A computer virus has been spread for the first time by a DVD featuring a popular cartoon series. The virus hiding inside the Powerpuff Girls CD is known as Funlove. It corrupts Windows programs and can cause computer systems to become unstable and crash more often. BBC

British technology company Digimask has developed a method for creating a virtual twin that can be used to accompany text messages on mobile phones, turn e-mail messages into personalised greetings, act as an animated screensaver on your desktop PC, and even represent you in online game worlds. BBC
