AOL Time Warner Inc., Yahoo Inc. and Cisco Systems Inc. are combining their Internet and technology might to make giving online easier as people look to donate money and time following the Sept. 11 attacks on the United States. Santa gets his own webcam
Children can now see Santa Claus at work thanks to the launch of a webcam in his grotto. The web link has been set up by Royal Mail which annually handles around 750,000 letters addressed to Santa. Three live broadcasts, with regularly updated images, will be transmitted every day from the Royal Mail website, with the first at 9.30am showing Santa collecting his mail bags. (Ananova) |
